Delivery
Our products are made by PEAK in the European Union and dispatched by the maker. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after you place an order, and we confirm the delivery details with you by email.
Returns and your right to cancel
You have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Contact us with your order number and we will guide you through returning the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
Allergens and labelling
Ingredients and allergens differ by flavour and are shown on the product label. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before you order.
